Two hair roots are found in the single hair follicle. There appears to be covered with new sebum on the surface of the comedo.

The dermal comedo and subcutaneous sebum are well developed, and fresh sebum appears to adhere to the surface of dermal comedo.

The surface of the comedo is smooth and there appears to be no sebum attached along the comedo.
